To accomplish the goals associated with the CSR practice the company created Ben Jerry foundation". The company decided to give 7.5% of its pretax profits to the charitable organization across the world. Ben Jerry always presented its deep respect for the human being irrespective they are working for a company or not. Due to this, the company donated approximately 2 million dollar to a different organization with the motive that this amount will create the positive impact on the society (Murray, 2015).
